I tried contacting nasomi for the same problem for 3 weeks straight every day. Pm's inchat No response at all.
That option just doesnt work anymore considering he's working on a lot of stuff.

Hopefully theres just a diffrent trick that works.

I can confirm this problem still exists.

I finished Divine Might and did the Teleportation to Tu'Lia quest. Then I changed nations, twice.

After the nation changes, my mission log said I was on ZM 1, and it also listed as complete the ones I had completed. This was before I entered Norg. I was able to access Sky through the crags but not through Hall of the Gods.

I redid the cutscenes for ZM 1-3. After a few weeks I looked at my mission log and it was back to ZM 1 again, even though I had not changed nations since re-doing the cutscenes.

Then I redid ZM 1-9. But I can't get the cutscene for ZM 10 in Hall of the Gods, probably because I still have the Cerulean Crystal key item. So I'm stuck at ZM 10.

I can still access Sky through the crags, so it doesn't matter a lot in my case. But I won't be able to do The Celestial Nexus fight or anything past it and I like to complete things.

I'm posting so other people can know what they're in for if they change nations.

So on my alt. i switched nations before i did ANY city missions and what not. does that mean im going to have this bug?

Before didn't finish the Zilart Missions，All country missions have been completed 5-2，Then you won't encounter this BUG。
