He put claim mechanics in the game a long time ago so that you can only maintain claim on as many mobs as people you have in your party. If the mobs went white, and the op slept them, he was allowed to do that. If it ruined your xp or got you killed, then you shouldn't have had more mobs pulled than people in the party. He put that mechanic in here literally for this reason. Gray area mpk that it seems like Agonybringer deserved, judging by the vile in that text. And I say that as someone who knows him and likes him a little. He's definitely in the wrong here from what I am looking at.

No, the zone was actually empty for a bit before we entered iirc. We went in before midnight and had 8/9 pulls finished. Rixx came in and Stonega'd our group of mobs before the 2nd nuke on pull #9. He then proceeded to threaten to continue to do it and sat in front of me in town along with Ascar(:thinking:). He then sent me a tell the following morning with more threats, which prompted me to take my report to Nasomi public.

Aeroo may or may not have afked in zone because he was tilted.

I did afk because I was tilted lol theres no rules against that. And I am still quite sure that had Rixx come in, done what he did, and then left, he'd still be on the server. As deft said, he left text logs essentially saying "I'm gonna mpk you daily until you learn your lesson" lol. This situation isn't remotely similar.

Not much you can legally do when scumbags camp on top of you, start taking mobs, and slowing down your xp. You can either out compete them or post their actions on the forums and hope the community sanctions them. MPKing is one of the worst things you can do.

People compete for mobs and merit camps all the time - seen it plenty of times at crawlers, etc. Not the nicest thing to do, but, perfectly within the rules.

Purposefully claiming mobs you don't have hate on so they are attacking other people that can't do anything to them is blatant MPKing.

I'm not sure how this is any different than what Rixx did to you, outside of the threats to keep doing it.

Dyna zones aren't restricted to just one party, you shouldn't have had more mobs pulled than people in the party, etc.

Honestly, I don't think these guys did it on purpose or at least entirely on purpose. So I don't think the same level of malice was present there. Rixx sat outside bubu while we did nearly the whole run and then preplanned and executed the mpk. These guys were trying to get claim on white xp mobs that they believed agony unjustly moved in on.
