As a player who has spent a significant amount of time farming materials for crafting or vending for gil, i have found that every time i gained extra Treasure Hunter in form of Job Trait or Gear such as Thief's knife/Assassin's Armlets, the farming efficiency has went up. Some changes have been made to treasure hunter by nasomi, adjusting the affect of TH being applied to regular mobs.

From what ive personally experienced higher forms of TH can be over written with lower TH for example, if a lvl75 TH4 THF applied treasure hunter, and there is also a lvl75 TH2 THF in party, the TH2 will most likely over write the effect. I would also like to believe that the "Final Blow" by THF is a myth, but you never know, as there are little to no evidence to prove or disprove this claim. I would personally suggest to keep the THF applying the TH within a 20Yalm range.
