I do. Force pop HNM on these servers is a horrible idea and makes clocking the time of death almost pointless. To my experience when they are force popped and die it actually resets the entire tod, making a group who force pops exclusively have full control of the time it actually spawns, and if no one is there, guess what? No way to know when its going to be in window. It's perfectly fine being the traditional way, until a way to not reset the tod with the force pop versions comes around. I also refer everyone to my statement i hold true to myself and others, If you dont have time to play an MMO, dont play it.
The only reason I feel force pops should be enabled for a little while is currently everytime Faf/Nid start to get out like 1-2pm est either the zone crashes, the server goes down or nasomi does a maint, which puts it right back at that time, and there isnt enough population for multiple groups to be contesting stuff around the clock. 3 Days ago was the first time we've seen Faf at night time for NA in 3 months (just about everyone in my LS lives in the USA and works, so none of us are on at noon) we killed it twice since it was in our time, now nasomis power went out and faf is back at 3pm, which its going to stay there for weeks until the server gets reset some time at night instead of morning.
Yes force pops change ToD but the pop items are a low drop rate, like 10% from faf for nid. And 99 KS to do a ksnm99 is pretty steep so there is a limited supply of pop items so one LS wouldnt have full control over for more than a few days (if any ls would even do that.)
Do I have a problem with 21-24 world spawns? No not at all its one thing I miss from modern MMOs, but I do have a problem with it going on 4 months of not having access to content because of crashes/maintenance happening at a time that benefit a certain group of players. Not to mention the 30 min windows dont work here, so I know very few people want to camp against each other when it requires focusing on claiming for 3 hours straight instead of 30 seconds every 30 mins.
