thf is an amazing DD has the potential to keep up with other dd just fine. problem is most thf actually suck balls , either cant land sa/ ta consistantly or just plain bad gear , inept pullers.
For some reason more then other jobs thf's tend to think using AF armor is good , and using a lvl 25 x bow well into ur 50's and 60's / not using a x bow at all.
USE X- BOW THFS STOP BEING SO HECKING CHEAP , RANGED ATTACK BETWEEN DAGGER SWINGS.

anywho if ur decent at all you can solo , promy vhazel did 72-75 in about 12hrs solo . Bring at least blind bolts and acid bolts and lvl appropriate crossbow.

If you think about camps that you frequent throughout the leveling process, many contain flying mobs that are weak to piercing. If you’ve farmed enough to keep your gear where it needs to be and understand THF positioning and timing your dps is actually really competitive. Your enmity control through TA can also make life much easier on the tanks and support.

The real issue is that there are often multiple THF seeking in a given level range at any given time. I found it was best to make myself familiar with camps and just make my own parties. I also cashed in TH favors in the form of linkshell party invites. I did 72-75 entirely with LS mates.

It's always viable to go /BST and charm DCs to help you melee things down. Super effective and speeds everything up immensely. I soloed THF most of the way to 34 without even doing that, just from farming and questing and having fun. Get good evasion gear, charm a little bro, and go to town.

no is no free easy way to just solo to 75.

ya guys thf is the same as a sam or drk, or pretty close to it. so be sure to invite them.

and no, you cant get 10k an hour at vazhl. You can get up to chain 14 or 15 there, but one shotting them is difficult, ranger 2-3 shots them. plus you have to deal with aggro when youre running around trying to kill them all.

also the exp varies if you duo, some give nice exp but most wont be the big juicy ones.

Me too... but going 72-75 is 120,000 XP in 12 hours....

Yesterday I was 72 THF at noon and 15k into 75 by 10 PM. Made 145k or so in 10 hrs, all in the B Tree. And that included a dinner break.
