What are the best methods for forming an xp party when search is down?

I've seen people assume two different end times for this event: 4.5 hours from now and 28.5 hours from now. Both interpretations have their merits. Which is correct?

the literal description implies it ends soon, tonight. but i believe he just made a mistake and it ends tomorrow night

Literally, I agree, but not colloquially (we say "midnight tonight" not "midnight tomorrow (morning)"). Past events have typically been only for the holiday itself, though, and Nabutso thinks it ends tonight. Regardless, Nas should extend it to (at least) tomorrow night because of the confusion!

We should keep the exp bands for the next event (Christmas I guess), right? Or do you have to buy a new one each time?

The super savvy will realize they should keep an exp band lying around and when he has these events, you can then use the old ring thats been lying around, and when done, purchase another.
