Odqan has two pops, and they are in the exact same spot every time. One at the NW corner of (I-7) and the other at
end of the path where the tunnel opens up to the larger area on the north side of (H-10). It spawns at 5 hours on the dot from the ToD no foggy weather required. Haven't been playing lately due to work, but there's a small server secret I'm sure many of the campers didn't want you to know. If you know the ToD you can predict their spawn time to the second. Edit: Also, no this is not retail accurate at all. Like anything else on this server though(within reason): profit off of it while you can before it inevitably gets patched!
