Botting isn't allowed.

Oh really? Did I say botting? Where in my sentence did I ever mention using a script to make my character do something without my presence?

How are you going to fish on more than one character at once?

I did it for a time with the old alt+tab until nas made clear that fishing was included in the HELM rule. I had never seen anything forbidding it on the forums, rules page, or IRC but stopped once it was made clear.

You can still level, and then HELM on an alt correct? As long as both characters are not HELM'ing right?

As long as both are not doing HELMF at the same time, it's fine.

It's 1 HELMF per IP at a time.

So you wanna be a Gillionaire, eh?

Do you believe:

1: That there is wage inequality in Vana'diel? That Mithra's get paid more for doing the same job as an Elvaan (Thief)?!
2: It is a FACT that the top 1/10 of the 1%, the Gold Smithers and Big corporation endgame Linkshells control 99.9% of Vana'Diels total wealth!
3: Spells like Utsusemi and Refresh should be socialized, not privatized within a capitalist society!

If you answered yes to any of the above, then I'm here to share my story with you!

My name is Saleam, that's right, I'm a former member of the middle class, raised by two loldrg mains in a tiny mog house filled with only rusty buckets. The day I turned level 45 THF I claimed and killed Argus, making me 1/1 on the PCC, which really pissed me off since I had to split it with an LS mate. During my time at The Maze of Shakhrami as a student intern earning my Ph.D. as a Paleontologist, I wrote my thesis on Excavation point yield rates as they relate to pickaxe consumption.

I used the gil I made to finance a small start~up called "The Red Ranger Mercenary Troupe," which converted the latest Tenshodo low-level, black market archery equipment into viable Valkrum dunes equipment at an affordable price point. Mostly we sold to Red Mages subbing Ranger.

But then... disaster struck...

I nearly lost it all in the great Nasomi Moat Carp depression that occurred earlier this year... prices fell from 6k to 3k a stack seemingly overnight as more and more high-level fishers obtained their Lu Shangs, and less and fewer fishers became high level to maintain the demand.

It was a dark time for me. I was slinging beehive chips to low-level alchemists just to pay the interest on my emperor's hairpin when my close friend told me about a rumor making its way around the shady echelons of Jeuno's underbelly. Turns out he was taking low-quality Beastmen seals, basically, just stamps pressed into clay, and laundering them through a third party merch. in Port Jeuno for rare orbs. You give him the seals, he gives you a shiny orb thing, sounds totally ridiculous ~ I know! Was this strictly legal? no, but so long as you took the proper precautions, brought the right items, hired the right people then you could manage to turn a profit and keep out of trouble with the feds.

they're making a movie about me, it's called "Sand'Orian Made"

Remeber the Alchemists that I was supplying the beehive goods to? Vernon his name was. He leveled up his craft, approached me on the backstreets of Bastok with a new medicinal opportunity. He gave me a small, translucent pill, told me it was like Adderall except better. I thought, why not, the trial's free anyway. I took the pill and was chowing on some Sole Sushi +1 wondering when I would feel the effects when suddenly my whole world became sharper.

Information from the old FFXIAH forums, a half-read article on FFXI Encylopedia, a lecture from my University Economics 101 class, was all bubbling up to my frontal lobes, mixing itself together into a sparkling cocktail of useful information. Math became useful. I began perusing and scrutinizing the extremely useful Nasomi Auction House tool (https://na.nasomi.com/auctionhouse.php), no doubt painstakingly created with love and altruism to make my life more convenient. Trends for hot farming items became apparent from rich looking people I had seen on my adventures, items I had never heard about lead me to wiki-pages that enlightened my knowledge of Vana'diel, and I realized that leveling your first job to 75 takes precedence over having BiS gear because you can farm more gil per hour at 75 than you can at 35.

Now I'm the CEO of a large fishing conglomeration located in the not so Far East port city of Nashmau, where I supply seafood delicacies to the denizens of Aht Urhgan Whitegate for a tidy profit. I own apartments in Ru'Lude Gardens, I have my own Chocobo stables with the latest saddles, and I'm working on a prototype solar panel electric self-driven airship expected to release late 2020.

"Bubble," Yeah yeah! That's what the big Taru brokers and bankers on Windurst Street want you to believe so that they can keep controlling the game. I've already sold most, nearly all actually, of my gear so I can invest in Beastcoins. I'll be rich overnight ;)
