You guys need to worry about fixing that bridge in your own city before worrying about other areas...

We just want Saruta. We let you guys have Ronfaure... it's only fair :D

I'd prefer him never fix the bridge. The "work around" is far faster than actually using a properly functioning bridge.

As Drop mentioned earlier, there's an objectively correct answer.. and its Bastok.

What is the workaround? I've been trying to get the flower girl quest done there for weeks.

On each side of the bridge there's an NPC (mog side, to the right... fountain side to the left of the bridge) that immediately just pops you on the other side.

It's great.

I swear I tried this, but I think just the NPC on the right side >.<

Then I agree, that seems to work better. Sandy still is best though <.<

On the Mog House side, it's the Mog Garden boat. On the fountain side, it's a moogle behind the carnival tents.

Bastok, if you like walking outside into a depressive wasteland and hearing salty shouts about being out claimed on Leaping Lizzy. And who doesn't love walking through 3+ zones just to get to dunes.

Windurst, If you enjoy living in a hut, getting lost in yalms and yalms of unnecessary city space (All of Windurst's population and structure's could have easily been crammed into one zone.) You'll enjoy filling your inventory with yagudo feather's and crawler junk that creates an odor only Shanttoto is able to deal with (magic nose plugs, anyone?) Oh, and who doesn't love running through 4+ zones and a 15 minute boat ride that you might not even survive to get to the dunes.

Sand'Oria if you like the best music in the game. West Ronfaure is the chillest place in Vana'Diel. Superior architecture able to weather any Orc invasion, the best money making for low levels(Spook), and attractive giraffes around every corner. Sand'Oria is the only city with a small tunnel leading to the Shadow Lord, Biast, and all demonic entities. Who can get enough of those? And finally, let's not forget your old buddy Jaggedy-Eared Jack.

Tough choices here.

People only make the run to the Dunes one time, if they're smart. After that, you just bank all of the time saved from the AH, Signet, MH, and OP all being next to each other.

Also - If you're a low level trying to make gil camping Spook.. may lord have mercy on your soul.

Edit: I mean this sincerely, I didn't realize people played this game with the sound on.

Bastok Mines has the best home point, Windy has the most character, and Sandy is for dullards who don't mind the stench.

To each their own, but all my friends who farmed spook in the beginning are all rich now and have HQ beetle gear.

Maybe you're right. I'll give it a shot tonight.

I got my start farming from Spook too, though I am from Bastok. RIP Nasboat.
