There's only solution, and it's to involve more people to help him. Until he's ready to do that, this is what we have.

I do agree that our hands seem tied until Nas is willing to open up to volunteers. One man, no matter how impressive, can only do so much.

The current one is slow, yes. I think everybody can agree with that.

This is because there is a single person working on it. I don't think changing PMs to PMs, but needing to click more buttons to see them is going to help.

I personally think that having one or two people who can help with people's bugged quests or missing items would give Nas enough free time to pursue the more sensitive cases, not to mention development.

Edit: But in his position I wouldn't. I mean, who can you trust? Nobody. Not even yourself always.

Because it's normally more than once a day. I know his answer but I know that one day he'll be overwhelmed and will really need the help. That day isn't today, but the offer is out there.

I'm not the only one who tries that either.

All a thread like this does is put more pressure on nas to do something he doesn't want to do. That' is #1 thing he doesn't like. He's even threatened to ban me over trying to push him too hard in public on certain issues.


See, now we are getting somewhere. I much prefer hearing your opinion (although obfuscated). I'm not sure but these topics do not in any way hurt to discuss amongst the current community. The fact that YOU a community leader keep shutting them down before they are even considered is hurtful at best.


We aren't getting anywhere.. And you can certainly argue whether or not they hurt (Nab would say they do), but it's really hard to argue they help.

Nab didn't shut anything down. Reality did. He just explained it, again, for like the 30th time.

I do think you're underrating the response that your solution is basically PM'ing Nas on Naschat.

The big thing for me is some sort of response to have affirmation your issue is being worked on. This would decrease people asking several times about a given issue and expedite the problem and solution.

Why do you need affirmation? If you send Nasomi a PM and give as much detail or evidence as possible and isn’t stupid then it’s being looked into. You don’t need a message saying “affirmative, looking into it, good work Cynica thank you”.

We used to have a ticket system, but people flooded it with bogus tickets, and figuring out which was legit and which was just some kid trolling became a full time job. This is why we can't have nice things. Tried tho....
