There's always going to be a risk element when dealing with items / gear from something that is essentially an exploit, because PW not working as intended is exactly that, no matter how long it was left on the table. You inherit that risk when you acquire the item, however you do so. I agree it sucks for those who purchased theirs while the sellers retain the gil, and that people are selling these to players before the wipe who may not check the forum so frequently is a massive dick move, but there's no right way to handle this that doesn't upset some of the population.

But at the same time as Fid has said, you can't fault people for playing the content as it's given to them.

I’ve come around on not really caring, but only if he promises tononly do this once. The likelihood that PW is retail accurate is basically 0%. We’ll all kill it again and get the drops, and does he just delete them again?

What if he ever decides to actually make AV accurate? One reset per terrible coding job? Multiple? Meh.

People pretending it’s just about PW, instead of the fact that tons of broken mobs exist on a server ran by a guy with the communication skills of my 1 year old.
