You've gone out of your way to spend nas's time on you instead of working on the servers bugs, missing content, and player's real bugs and issues.

You didn't just lose your character and the $ you spent. Remember that.

This isn't the US justice system, innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt for a criminal case.

This is an individual's private server, and the preponderance of evidence required for a ban is whatever nas decides it is.

You're not gonna find any sympathy here.

Nas's post more than meets the "beyond a reasonable doubt" clause for me.

So on this server I'm not allowed to get trade money to people at all? What's the amount cut off for 'you're RMT'ing'? Is it set in stone or is it how Nas feels today?

I'm genuinely asking, if you can't prove RMTing is actually happening, how do you justify yourself in banning innocent people on hunches?

Don't accept money from random people you don't know if you're innocent.

But an RMT doesn't have any reason to give away his product for free, so why would he just happen to give it to you?

Probably because you gave him money in exchange.

One can't prove the transaction without you providing bank, credit card or paypal transaction history or whatever it is and that's way beyond the scope.

From what Nasomi has said, you received 1m gil from a known gil seller. Now, one would assume this known seller has also been banned, so if you didn't buy the gil, are we to assume that you received gil from a "friend" who has also been banned and this didn't raise a flag or warrant a mention?
