Is it?

These last few days I can't seem to land a single shield bash at 72 pld/war. I thought shield bash is supposed to be 100% unless absorbed. Tried shield bash on everything from eruca to aura pots in sky and been missing every time. Anyone else having this issue?

You're missing, or just not stunning? I don't think I've ever seen it miss, but it for sure doesn't stun all the time.

If this is something new, I might have to jump on PLD tonight and go hit stuff.

I'll have to adjust my dmg log to check if there's any dmg from it, but definitely not stunning for me. Wouldn't even stun AM casting.

Had no issues for the past week or so. All landing, most of them landing that sweet stun.

Being Galka is your problem I think.

Think it's a round shield problem, hit 73 and was able to swap from master shield to koenig shield and landed a few, to try it out swapped to numinous shield and stun failed to proc again. Also to answer previous question, the bash did damage but stun would not proc, 100% missed stun over 30 or so shield bashes for just about my entire level 72. A couple flat out missed altogether, no damage no stun and even got the "missed" dialogue. That was on groundskeepers so no shadows to absorb it. I think shield bash needs some work done for round shields. Somethin definitely broken with it.

The 95% stun rate was added to Shield Bash later on in retail. It's not nearly as reliable on Nasomi, unfortunately.

The stun proc is incredibly low here, I'd wager around 10%-15% with Aegis.
