I see the rule about 3 characters max (with 1 being town/city only) so I assume this means Dual-boxing is allowed? However I could not find any information on the potential of other people in the same home playing. My brother is currently getting setup and we may have a 3rd interested so I wanted to know if there is anything I need to know, if dual-boxing is allowed among the both of us or so.

Each forum account login can have a total of 3 chars. Your main, your alt, and your mule which is limited to lv 10 and cities. You can have many ppl from the same IP playing, however, if one account cheats or breaks the rules, all accounts on the same IP get disciplined for it. So keep that in mind
