Not allowing me to trigger the quest.

I've completed the pre-req (2x before it showed as completed) and do not have any quests active that would interfere.

Any thoughts?

This is for my alt. I completed this a long time ago on my main without issue.

This is as good of a time as any to put out there that many quests have been bugging out lately.

My SMN Flag quest is unable to be finished on my alt, and the quest for Warp II is broken on my main.
