Hi everyone, im noobie in this game and i started in Windurst (im black mage) but i dont know where i go to start a quest or mission? Im very very lost

Were you able to find anything? For quests, the most simple way is simply to talk to every single NPC you see--you'll only get low level quests until you build up fame. Alternately, XI's wikipedia page lists them by starting NPCs.

Windurst can be pretty confusing for new players.
Try to familiarize yourself with the map and how to use it to get around easier.
