All of these things appear to be on the same service, and will typically reboot. However sometimes it does not.

A. Sadly this needs Nasomi to reset the process/service manually. So you just need to wait it out.

A. Um, go farm, work on RSE, do a true old school experience and party with people within a range of 4-5 levels as you? Start leveling that new job from 1-15 could also work.
