Hey everyone!

Having an issue here running Windows 10 through Parallels, 32 GB's of RAM on the Mac

I've reinstalled twice and ran through the updater. Even patched it completely up to date but this graphics issue is happening across servers and I can't figure it out. Tried this on Windows 7/8/10 and occurs across each no matter which settings I run through in the profile/properties

Showing about 30 FPS and runs smoothly w/ 30 GB's d/l

Is the issue just related to the Parallels graphics card? Whats odd is that there is a video on youtube of a guy running two instances of FFXI that appear to be fine and the video is from 2011 on a Macbook Pro

have you tried adjusting the graphic settings in ashita? highlight the config on ashita you use and click the little pencil to edit configuration, then click on the word window and under resolutions change window to match what your desktop resolution and do the same for menu, I usually double the numbers for background.


If that doesnt fully fix it, try going in to your play online folder go in to the FFXI and if you are using the us version go in to ToolsUS and run ffxi config and change any graphic settings to uncompressed/smooth etc

Parallels just released an update that fixes this problem. Apparently the issue was a conflict over the frame rate.
