XIV for a couple years, I stopped for a while and now I can't get back into it. Fiddled around with other MMO's, but nothing stood out, they all had that same "push buttons really fast and Follow the yellow brick road to win!" gameplay; nothing as immersive and mechanical like XI.

I'm a coder in the NE area, specialty in front-end but I've done it all, dabbled in game development for a couple AAA companies, but got fed up with the crazy-stupid hours and peanuts for pay. I enjoy coffee, my e-cig, chocobos, and dislike merge conflicts, trolls, and my ISP costs.
