So the only option to change actual aspect ratio i found is in game menu, but it only changes it for menu and char select. Then theres two offline configurations and both have 3 settings for resolution and none "aspect ratio" option i can see. Please help, i cant play with my character squashed.

You do know you adjust your aspect ratio through the resolution, right? =>.>=

Choose values that represent the aspect ratio that you desire. Example - 16/9 = 2560x1440, 1920x1080, 1280x720, 854x480. You will most likely want to match that aspect ratio with the options presented with the in-game menu so that you dont get any stretching of the screen.

Im not talking about Resolution but about aspect ratio. All the "size" options are set to 1366*768 (my default monitors resolution) which is 16:9, but game defaults to squashed 4:3 aspect ratio then i log in with character.

Try setting your window starting position to -1, -1 if you do not have that already

EDIT: Turns out there is also option to set Aspect Ratio then you log in with the char, which you can enter by pressing (-) sign and then navigating with arrows to open another options screen, then config -> Misc.2 -> and the ratio settings in under "Background aspect ratio" (why make it so convoluted??) . So weird why game has two different aspect ratio settings for game menu and actual game itself, these japanese game interfaces always surprise me. Anyway fixed it now.

Went thru the same ordeal, should be overstated somewhere that there are two in-game settings for aspect ratio...
