I'm trying to complete my AF1 boots quest on RDM and can't go any further.

I got the correct key items (Crawler's Blood & Old Boots) and clicked on the ??? at I-10.
The ??? asked me if I wanted to purify the old boots and crawler's blood.

Wiki guide says this process takes about 40 seconds. However, my boots are not purifying.

I've tried waiting 1 hour in game, relogging, zoning, etc. and the boots will still not purify.

Any help appreciated.
