Ok so yea fishing is still broke which in turn makes for a few problems.

Running low on food etc but what i would like to no is quests like ninja scrolls etc that require fishing are these also broken??

I do not really want to level a class that requires some quest with fishing to find out that you can not even gain access to it because of the way fishing is at the moment.
