can't get Bluffnix to start the gobbiebag quest Mendi says my rep is 2 in Jeuno and tried trading Bluffnix the items nothing happens am I missing something. or is this broke.

I did it earlier today, but my Jueno fame is max.

It looks like the first step should be fame 2 from 05-06 era, but it might be 3+
