ghost hasn't moved and is inaccessible. is hiding behind a hut in G-8 southern map of windy waters....not even sure why I came to do the 3rd city since the reward is bugged for females.

She's still bugged. I hope they extend the deadline since it has been unobtainable for half the event.

Windy NPC bugged, the entire event bugged for female characters... its tiresome how shoddy things are being released lately, to be blunt.
