i completed the quest and got the end cut scene but after did not receive Deathbringer

any help to fix would be appreciated

on way back now to try i warped out right after

no i can not re-trigger the CS, ??? just says nothing out of the ordinary

Exact same issue on my husband's character Rellitos. He killed 100 more without dropping chaos bringer, bringing him up to the 200 required. We ran out there and he got the cutscene, in the cutscene zeid says he's giving him the blade called the Deathbringer, but he didn't get it in his inventory. He had plenty of bag space and the chaosbringer was gone. Small issue since it's cheap... but really disappointing after spending so long trying to do the quest.
