cant get it pass the part where you have to presss one (1) so you get type log information and password.[color=#00FFBF][/color]

when I statt up the game from desktop it opens up then couple seconds it d0esnt let me type in one or password. it just closes up when doesn't even load up the information screen to type in one and password.
