Anyone else having log in issues??

I just get 6-7 "Failed to Connect to Server" messages then It allows me to re-enter my user and password and then the 6-7 server messages repeat. Is the game down or is a DDoS attack happening?

I think it is because the launcher has been updated but I cannot figure out how to update it myself, Nasomi's post on the main page has a link that doesn't work. Or I can't figure out how to use it.
