So im starting to run out of room, maybe because im a horder of crafting materials. but I have a Main, and Alt and now attempting to create a mule. he is listed under Mule in my account info on nas. but after siging him in, choosing race and name. I get a timeout error and that's as far as it lets me go.

Maybe the name is taken. Close the game client and try to log in again, and try a new name.
