Hi guys, I've been trying to get a hold of Nas about this for a couple of nights now, but I thought I'd explain the situation here to give it one last shot since I'm not getting a response from him.

I started an account on here back in 2015 and started a character named Moreno. I had other characters on that account as well because you were allowed to have multiple characters back then. Since I've been back, I started using Moreno more than my brand new account that I created even though he was in the Alt slot mainly because my wife and I have been playing together. I started making a little bit of money on him and had lots of things for sale on the AH so I saw that you could track the items you were selling on the website and thought it was such a cool feature, but it never listed moreno as the character on the Alt account because of the other 2 on it so I was not able to see the items I had up for sale.

I had the genius idea to delete both of the other characters so that I could have Moreno as the sole character on that account and could much more easily track the items through the website. Well I deleted the other two and went to log in with Moreno and the only character left was Palumbo, one of the characters that I had just deleted. I know it's not much but in total I probably had about 100k worth of stuff/gil that was in my possession or being sold and I had just spent a couple days farming yag necklaces and was 14/18 stacks necessary for the fame quest to unlock the utsusemi quest. I had lvl 30 rdm and 20 whm already and I really really hate to lose this dude. This is my hail mary.

I sent Nas some PM's about it already, but was just curious if anyone may have any advice or could do anything for me on here.

Thanks in advance for any responses! I love this server, but this is such a bummer! I was just getting things rolling the right way.

Edit: Just for clarity, I'm not asking for any charity in the game whatsoever. Just hoping this turns on the right channels for a possible resolution to the problem.

If you PM'd nas in naschat about it with all the details then you've already done what you should do. Don't worry.

I hope it works out. He hasn't responded or fixed it yet and I'm beginning to think I'm SOL. I actually have given up and decided whatever happens, happens. It's just disappointing because it wasn't my fault lol. If it was I would just suck it up and deal, but it makes it a little more frustrating just because of that fact.

I just want you to know Nabutso that I just really appreciate a response. Thanks for the encouraging words and I hope you have a great day. Fingers crossed that it actually works out. I'm sure Nas is just busy and it's just taking a while, but honestly, I'll live if not. I've already gotten over it for the most part. I'm gonna just resub to retail I think. The nostalgia was great while it lasted until this situation. Since I have a new baby it's begun to be hard to play anyways and since this happened it's hard to find the patience to start over.

It can take weeks to get a response from nas based on the number of PMs he has to go through. If you PM'd him very recently, like yesterday, you are just giving up way too easily.

Ok, excellent. It’s been a few days, but you’re right. He is only one person so the dream still lives lol. I’ll just catch up on shows in the meantime.
