At any rate, you're right. You can definitely spam elemental wheel as often as you want on trash mobs... and I guess level capped mobs, if you want. Have at it. It's not really necessary, and is often counter-intuitive (farming, for example) but sure.. you can definitely do whatever you want.

You seem to be contending that including a BLM in your PT is a good use of the spot out of anything more than charity, which basically negate anything else you said and is well.. hilarious. As I said, if your tank is absorbing all the incoming damage, you should be kicking all of the other members of your party.. because that is an atrocious setup. Ele wheel or not, if a NIN is keeping hate for more than a few seconds in an XP party, you're probably letting someone leech.

I think the two of us are just happy with two very different XP experiences. That's okay.

My ninja will put yours to shame in a merit party and i dual box shit nin and rdm without ever touching ninjutsu nukes because my melee set is not gimped. You're over here at lvl 50ish swinging on beetles for 20 with your katanas dude. You're clearly geared for nin nukes and not for melee. It's cool if you wanna be a Dashie. He's the only one who ever swore by ninja nukes. People didn't like him much either.

Edit: By the way, this isn't 2005. We have mixed acc and attack food now. Sushi is for highly evasive things. Use akamochi or pizza and then maybe your katanas won't be so weak.

Misinformation like this is why most NIN's need a THF in party post-Ni and pre-Jin. You're a silly person if you think excluding half of Ninja's tool-set, which makes it both a melee and a veritable RDM, when mobs are resistant to one or the other, enabling it to do infinite nuke damage without resting, for kiting purposes, or needing to face away from a mob that has its most powerful weapon in a gaze attack.
