Wow didn't expect so many replies, thanks all who did

I get the whole price fluctuation & supply vs demand, but the AH limit I think could stem supply and aide prices to rise somewhat. But I guess my biggest issue at the moment with the unlimited AH slots is, if I put some items up for sale at the start of the week, then over the next few days add more items, when I check the prices to see why the original items aren't selling and see price has dropped way way below what I listed them for, right now I cannot get those items back easily, especially if I have been using the unlimited slots, because I can't see everything under my "Sale Status". I'd either have to leave them on there perhaps forever, or take EVERYTHING off the AH til it lets me remove those few items.
I'm assuming that the reason items don't time out on the AH right now (I've had an item remain for sale for over 30 days before finally selling) is something to do with the delivery box issue.

(though the Gardening only items like kitrons should be added somehow).
I feel this pain. I only found out there was no Gardening when I wanted to level up my Alchemy on Poison Dust using Deathballs

I even wrote an npc farming guide, it's in the main chat somewhere in caps, you can't miss it.
You were also never supposed to break even skilling up a craft. If that were the case everyone would do it. It's called an investment for a reason.
There's gil everywhere in this game, you just have to look.
I'll look up that guide cheers for working on it. Though I do take issue with your comment about crafting

Back on Retail (different economy I know) I wrote a guide for getting every craft 0-60 with profit. Not every synth was a profit but by purely levelling up (not spamming for HQ's when you are able to on lower items) you could follow them and hit 60 on each craft and be in a better financial position. Sometimes only just (Smithing & Goldsmithing come to mind) but also sometimes by a multiple of the money you put into levelling up. Granted a lot of items had to be farmed but also you can always shop around to find things cheap from NPC's

I looked at those old guides and while they did need tweeking for Nas server, it's still doable on the ones I've checked so far (or was til high(er) level crafters started spamming low level items for a loss and killing any profit.

I hope as the first reply mentioned, BCNM's come back. Don't get me wrong I love the concept of OWNM's, it's a great & ingenious work around of something that's broken. But with such a long respawn time it's making vital spells like Refresh & Ni extremely hard to attain for your average player. If they were cut to 4-6 hour respawn time I think would help a little.
Thanks again for spending time not only reading but also replying to my little rant ^.^
