Eh, I have to disagree. All of the things you listed are at least partially working. I definitely wont complain when they're fixed completely, but at least they're usable and/or have viable work-arounds at the moment.
IMO, Nasomi's
highest priority items should be things that are 100% broken and can't be worked around at all. Numerous BCNMs/KSNMs, Windy 9-2, BLU AF, COR AF, etc... and now with Deploy being disabled on top of all its other issues, PUP is about as close to 100% broken as it can be without just disabling the job entirely.
On top of that, while it might not matter as much for newer players, I know a lot of the older players are running out of jobs to level and would welcome having them all working.
