Is it legit to claim HNM (like behemoth) and kite it during many hours even if it rage , just for hold ToD and good windows for next pop ?

they have intend to kill but after 4 hours only ..... to get better window on next day !

You're going to want to visit the IRC to ask Nasomi. He rarely bothers with the forums.

As per nas, it's fine to hold hnm's to change time spawned to something more favorable to your play time. The prohibited holding involves holding a monster you don't want/need, for the sole purpose of preventing someone else from having it.
