About 5 months ago in a shiny cool night, i was playing the nasomi ffxi. It was then when nasomi was drunken and said he would "fix" TH soon.

So it is not a secret or insider information. It was publicly announced in the chat.

If Deadwing wanted to peacöck the chiepie out of the money for the holy legend to become real, he would also extend it on obviously broken TH-things like the ingots in castle zvahl keep. You cant tell me that the droprates for platinum ingots that are a few % on the wiki are properly coded on nasomi when i get platinum ingot every 3-4th mob. (thats actually 25-33% for those who dont heff the affinity for the numbers)

Its time to admit that the nasomi server is broken, with all the position hacks in dynamis that were abused - and maybe still are abused - i dont play anymore on the nasomi.

The peacöckalypse is reality. The server can only be rescued with the holy reset of the legend that will cause everyone to start anew

Its also weird that people keep bashing on one person if it is about insider information and then if this one person does something good (eg contributing to fixing sea), he suddenly is the hero.

I think Deadwing contributed so much to the server that we should primarily respect this and do not bash him for using the information he gathers in the IRC-Chat -> therefore it is not even insider information.

So, when i read "jeah i need to fix th, this shit is totally broken" from nasomi in irc chat, i began to keep platinum ingots for example. Why did i do this? obviously there will be an increase in the price as supply is falling... you do not even need to study to understand this... simply check out what happened to ebay auctions for nintendo switch... .

Furthermore, the landscape of crafters will drastically change... imagine the supply of platinum ingot goes down after TH fix... this will increase the necessary gil to get to a high lvl in GS even more... all these changes are connected and actually an example of what Viktoriya said. The Server is going down... do not get me wrong, i loved the time playing there and i enjoyed it for quite some time... but when i realized therei s a bunch of people abusing positioning hacks in dynamis, etc. and those are primarily responsible for all the prices going down, i just lost motivation ... because having a relic is coolio peacöck chiepi ... but now its just chiep... .

It is btw the same discussion after the dynamis droprate changes... so the LS basically abused the time when 100s dropped like crazy... now they all heff several relics... and? nasomi does not care... he is not capable of getting in our perspectives since he is just running the server, but not playing the game.

To cite the king of ice: "wtf, does he even play or understand the game he hosts?!"

So if you were Nas with the TH fix in your hand, but you knew it was going to quintuple the difficulty of completing relic weapons, what do you do?

This is all hypothetical.

I'd start with not informing you just based on the pretty concrete fact that you can't handle knowing about any future changes without using them to your own advantage and to the disadvantage of the entire rest of the server; pcc, striders, currency drop rates, etc.
