Just grabbed UFC 5 on PS5 last night. First impressions: looks amazing, but still trying to figure out if the gameplay actually got deeper or it’s just flashier. Anyone else playing it yet? Yeah bro, been playing since launch. I think they actually made some good improvements this time — the new damage system makes fights way more tactical. You can’t just button mash and survive anymore. I also like that ground game isn’t such a nightmare to learn now

Agreed, the damage visuals are crazy — I had a fight where my guy’s eye basically swelled shut and it got stopped by doctor. Didn’t expect that level of realism. And yeah, Toby’s right, spamming doesn’t work anymore (thankfully). You actually have to learn combos now.

Exactly! I used to just pick Ngannou and spam overhands Now I actually need to use leg kicks and block properly. Also, random but — when I need a break from UFC and still want to watch some fast-paced action, I check pro kabaddi live score, it’s surprisingly intense and honestly kinda addictive. Way better than I expected.

Yo no joke, kabaddi is wild. I watched a match once thinking it’d be boring — 10 minutes later I’m yelling at the screen. Back to UFC tho — anyone tried the Fight Week challenges yet? Apparently you can unlock exclusive gear if you complete them before Sunday.

Yeah, I did one last night. Super fun — had to KO someone with a spinning elbow in Round 2. Took me like 5 tries lol I wish they'd bring back more classic fighters though. Still no GSP prime version??

GSP missing is criminal tbh... But hey, at least Anderson Silva finally looks like Anderson Silva again. I’ll check out those Fight Week challenges tonight. Thanks for the heads-up!
