Hello,

A friend of mine is having issues with his account. He forgot his password and so went through the process to try and get a code to reset his password to login and play the game with me, but he hasn't gotten one. He's been waiting for roughly a month (maybe a bit longer) for an email and has even done multiple new requests. Since he hasn't gotten anything he decided to make a new account and hasn't gotten an activation code for that either (he made this new account several days ago). Is there any way to get him the information he needs for either of these accounts? I have his usernames and emails if those are needed (either posted here or DM'd to someone who can help).

That's a frustrating situation! It sounds like there might be an issue with email delivery from the game server. Sometimes, these automated emails end up in spam folders or are blocked by email providers. Have you checked there? Also, I remember a similar issue once where a friend was having trouble with game support; turns out, they needed to specifically whitelist the game's email address. Maybe a quick check of email settings, or even contacting Sprunki to see if their email filters might be blocking something could help. Good luck!
