I followed the notepad steps and now I am getting this message when I am logging in through Ashita.

Windows 10. 970 GTX. All resolutions are doing this.

Sorry I could not reply sooner.
I have tried disabling a bunch of stuff.
Sometimes the games gets through...? Most of the time, it crashes on that same screen.

I was able to create my character but then the screen stayed black.

Still trying different things out.

Please tell me this has been solved.

The only thing I have changed, and I believe this was happening before, was that I added a UI mod. I believe Windows updated automatically yesterday, so this could be the issue. I'm at a loss here.

I wanted to bump this old thread because I still cannot login to the game.
I am using windows 10 64 bit with a gtx 970
my monitor is a 1440p but I have even tried lowering the resolution to 1080p

I was able to play on a different PC with a Radeon and a 1080p TV.

Not sure what do.

Not sure, I doubt it has anything to do with gpu though.

I can only suggest the usual stuff like repair files in case the registry got mixed up somehow, and get you on the latest version (do not forget the VTABLE.DAT step) http://nasomi.com/wiki/doku.php?id=config:updating

Perform windows updates after installing the c++ runtimes

Run as administrator

Make sure ashita directory is not read only, and DONT put it in Program Files as the OS will write protect automatically in here

Disable plugins

If you're not afraid of a command prompt, can try bypass ashita entirely by running the bootloader manually.
