I am currently unable to flag the "Making the Grade" quest that allows me to get the spell Aspir. Currently I am Rank 4 Windurstian, I have completed the "Teacher's Pet" pre-requisit, I am also level 50 so I meet the level requirement. When I talk to Fuepepe she just talks about how each student is different. Any help would be appreciated.

I saw this on the wiki not to have "Let sleeping dogs lie" flagged, and I don't.

Do you have any missions or other quests open where Fuepepe is involed? It happends if npc are involed into another quest they wont interact until you have finished the first quest.

Currently I do not have any other quests/missions that involve Fuepepe.

After trading in a bundle or cornettes I was able to flag the quest. I guess I assumed that because I was from Windurst and at Rank 4, I would have the rep.

I read the faq, and took your advice.... I just assumed that being a higher rank in the nation offering the quest would mean you have a higher reputation without doing reputation quests.
