Hey guys, returning player here. Played a long time ago, recently came back to the server. Well, I got the game back up and running, logged in fine, no other issues. Just the bottom chatbox/character name is cut off and I cannot fix it, no idea what to do. tried changing menu res, screen res, etc. Any thoughts? Issue that I am talking about.

Also, was there like a mini-wipe or something in the past year? My Mog Storage has been completely cleaned out and I lost my gear for my Lv50.

Disregard first half, apparently it was in windowed mode without actually being in windowed mode, so I fixed it.

The only wipe that occurred was a 75% gil wipe server wide.
Aside from that nothing else has been touched!
If anyone else had access to your account, I'd start questioning them tho!

Nah, no one else had access to the account. Just seems like my Mog Storage was cleaned out, sack, locker, etc. weren't touched. Lost all of my highest job's gear but didn't lose any of my lower job's gear.

The gear is still there, put furniture in your storage and you can regain access to it.

Can I bump this to get a little better explanation on the fix for this? I've tried setting ffxi configure to windowed mode and when I launch through Ashita in windowed mode I still get this issue.

Sorry to necro this thread, but I appear to be having this same issue, and the thread the person above me quoted with the supposed solution no longer exists, or at least I cannot access it. Does anyone happen to know a fix for this? New player to this server trying to get everything setup before committing. Thanks
