I believe i might be bugged from entering dynamis valkurm before entering any of the nations back in 2014 before the 50k to enter rule was applied.

I get the dialogue from the trail markings saying i should go to where the expedition left trail markings (xarcabard CS) but i went there and i dont get any CS and i remember specifically getting it after achieving rank 6

Trading 50k to any of the marker just gives the same dialogue as if i still need the CS or the key item required to enter dynamis

Trade 50k to a city trail markings if you have not yet done so to gain access to City dynamis, which if I remember correctly, has to be done prior to entering a CoP dynamis to avoid glitches. It should not take your gil the first time if it gives you a CS.

Talking to Nasomi on IRC is the potentially fastest method, though if he is busy you may have to wait. He's usually floating around between the hours of 9am-5pm EST during the week and sometimes sporadically on weekends. You can also submit a ticket, but I have heard those can take awhile to get responded to.

it just seems like its a bot on the IRC chat, i sent a ticket in a few days ago hopefully it gets noticed

Still bugged in 2020, cant seem to get in touch with nas through the Irc or the support dashboard since it times out, is there a hidden method to fixing it or does it need to be done from behind the scenes.

ps : got cs in xacabard, rank 9, CoP 5-2. traded the 50k etc etc

I was victim to this bug for about 3 years myself from back in the dyna testing days, it's a bugged flag on the backend of the account, nasomi has to manually remove the flag. Back during the beta days we could just enter for testing and data and such, but you'd get the entrance flag which was supposed to happen from the cs at the trail markings. Once nasomi fixed the entry it caused alot of problems with account flagging, cause you had the entrance flag therefore the client thought you'd had entered before, and that took priority in the flag check when zoning into xarc for the 1st cs. Many people who wasn't level 65 yet, couldn't go back to get the cs after hitting 65. Nasomi had to manually fix like 200 accounts in the following months, but the older players that took a break got looked over during the fixes, so now the only way to get the fix applied is to get his attention at the right time. Since you have a ticket in it's just a matter of time, probably a couple weeks at the most. I had to camp naschat for about 4 months to get mine fixed a couple years ago. You'll know it's fixed when u zone to xarc and get the 1st cs. I'm sure he'll get ya fixed soon, good luck ^^

Thanks carrot, i jumped into dyna valkurm back during testing days and it does seem i was one of the potential 200 that didnt get fixed because i either took a break or didnt realise it was bugged for me,

i dont have a ticket anymore as it was part of the old support system back in 2017, it seems it didnt get responded to, probably due to the amount of tickets.

Its frustrating just not being able to be noticed to get it fixed
