Seeing this thread is still alive I'll develop my point about "something slightly off" which mostly refers to enmity gains from damage relative to mob's level, seems too high sometimes.

Also blu/nin tank works in regards of enmity generation with spells like actinic burst, blank gaze and obviously heals, my retail ls actually used one in our AV attempts but mostly for diffusion + saline coat on manafont/chainspell.
