Hello Guys;

2 things I wanted to bring up.

#1.) I previously DL'd Nasomi and had it running. Having to reboot my windows a few times previously for unrelated reasons, I still have the Nasomi Files it seems on my Comp.

--->I can Launch Nasomi, I have Ashita, and then when I log into Launcher It says:

"Log in successful
Failure to initialize instance of PolCore!
Closing..."
and then proceeds to close the launcher.

DETAILS: I have Run as Administer, doesn't change anything.






#2.) in my effort to fix this I went ahead and reinstalled Nasomi. I have the files Copying over to my C drive. PROBLEM is the speed of copying. I downloaded all 13 GB in a minute or less.

Now my Copying speed says "More than 1 day" for copying the files over.

I have no idea what to troubleshoot for this, I am running Windows 10, fully updated, AMD Ryzen 5 processor. I should be able to get this running in <1 hour.





Any and all help is appreciated, I am a new Nasomi player (old FF11 player) looking to make this my new MMO to play.

Cancel the file transfer to allow the install to continue moving along.

The reason you can't just use existing files without running the installer is because the installer does more than just move the files to the right place.

Thanks a bunch. I'm going with the Install... But I am still encountering a 24hour+ Download Time


I'm wondering if anybody has found certain settings to adjust on windows to allow faster Install run?

I had figured this out the last time I installed the game, unfortunately I thought I wouldn't need to install again.

---Ill keep looking and post the solution when I find it, its just a lot of trail and error + sifting thru useless Microsoft Forums with automated idiot responses ; ;

Download time....????

There is nothing that needs to be downloaded if you're already installing.

Please tell me exactly what steps you've taken to end up where you are. Exactly. Every step. I think you're doing something wrong.

I'm literally following the exact steps from the updated online Tutorial.

The installer is running, It goes thru all the way to the point where it says "This part may take a few minutes," etc and then a window pops up on my computer


The window is "Copying 62,328 items from NasomiXI to Windows(C:); 0% complete"

There is a grid, that usually shows the speed in Mb/s... except this particular grid has no speed listed at all. and the "time remaining" reads as "more than 1 day"

I have a picture but I cant figure out how to post it into the forum. Sorry I'm not the most technologically advanced with Coding but I do know my way around windows decently well.

If you already have the files in the NasomiXI folder then it will never continue because the "overwrite" dialogue never pops up. Like i said.. click "Cancel" on the file transfer and it will stop that process and move on to the next step.

well then doing as you said, since I have all the files in NasomiXI folder on my Computer... I am still getting this error and NasomiLauncher Crash

"Failure to Initialize Instance of PolCore... CLosing Now..."

The Installer reads, after clicking cancel,

"Installation Complete, press any key to continue"
