Make sure you have the --hairpin flag in your launch configuration.
From the troubleshooting page on the wiki:

Cause: Network communication issue, the current infrastructure of Nasomi requires that players use the hairpin switch. hairpin is enabled by default so this shouldn't be required.
Fix: Edit your profile(s) in Ashita and make sure your Command is set to: --server nasomi.com --hairpin

Please keep in mind that the --hairpin flag is already set for Nasomi installations. This means that you've installed some other way. You may run into problems by not being on the correct game version!
