I was just wondering how Treasure Hunter worked on this server. I have heard many ideas, thf hits first, then not hit again to keep Treasure Hunter up, thf does most damage, thf does final shot.

Anyone have ideas on how this actually works? Thanks for any info in advance.

As long as a thf tags a mob and stays within range and on the hate list the mob has TH on

I think I am having really bad luck on /thf lately. As bst/whm in Yuhtunga Jungle down with the Sahagin....I was getting eastern gems, elshimo frogs, cura spells, and other crap left and right. Was very nice farming for leveling. Made about 20k in the hour or so being down there. Came back /thf (TH1) and I didn't get a quarter of the loot I got as /whm. I really think it was just really bad luck but made me wonder if TH is glitching again.

TH is weird on how it works ever since he messed with it. The drop rates on stuff now are beyond stupid and not even close to retail standards they are in fact worse....

TH4 thf here.
i have no issues with the drop rate the way it is right now.

Farming keys and testimonies feels just like retail.
Farming sj items for newbs feels just like retail.
NM drop rates feel pretty close. Hard to say since item rates vary so much.
Farming in general seems good.

I honestly think I just hit a little streak of bad luck with my /thf, and a huge streak of good luck with my /whm. It happens
