So what you do if you MULE acount... Needs to bazaar something in Jeuno??? Guess you exclusively need someone to talismán!? Does leaving your HOME TOWN counts as leaving TOWN!?

If you're moving it to Jeuno or some other town location only, it's fine. You do not have to find someone to Talisman teleport you. You're even allowed to get your mule to level 10, to remove the New Adventurer icon.

Stopping halfway to leave your mule camping an NM or HNM, though, isn't OK.

Im not playing that Long on the Server But why isnt the claim System like normal? Mob spawns unclaimed and Need to get Claimed by the ppl and don’t spawn claimed like it is now?

Btw isnt LocalRudeboy/Filemón the one who was Mass pulling mobs in the dunes and claiming em for other ppl couldnt xp?
As a veteran that him/her call themself they should know doing that is not a nice thing to do.

I don't see how any of that relates to this KiviyinShiva. What LocalRudeBoy is asking for is clarification, and presents some characters that may be breaking the rules if the rule works a certain way. If the 3 characters he gave are not main characters, they would be breaking the rules.

Regarding preferential treatment: they've been spoken to regarding their earlier actions. I haven't seen most of them doing anything wrong since.
