I have had a few users who have told me that they were auto jailed while zoning between North Gustaberg and Palborough Mines. One was saved by Nasomi quite some time ago, but I'm just here to report the exact zone information as I'm not sure that it was already known.

So I think the zone connections of North Gustaberg and Palborough may need to be investigated to some degree, since it's autojailing folks at random.

My brother, character name "Noshesse" is in jail right now due to this issue, and I saw another user "Kisses" posting in the Naschat with a similar issue.

Generally, nas a) doesn't read forums (You'll notice it says "Player support only") b) only deals with the actual person. That means no third parties, he won't talk to you about someone elses problem, no matter how related you are.

Tell your brother to go to naschat and pm and wait. Nasomi is not at his computer 24/7, despite popular beliefs. Sometimes it takes more than 30 seconds to see, investigate, and respond to a pm.
