Created two main accounts now and each time after i select my log in and pw and get to "desired name" the website instantly logs me out. Not sure if this affects my launcher log in but the thread topic is the only messages i get in the command prompt. Anyone else experienced similar issues?

You realize when I asked you to grab teamviewer so I can see what went wrong, that I've helped hundreds of people figure out this exact same issue - and that I can guarantee that it's on the troubleshooting page on the wiki, which I wrote, and you refuse to believe that they apply to you?

I can help you if you just let me. Or if you actually try to use the troubleshooting steps on the wiki.

If you can't fix it, and don't want me to help you fix it, then wait a bit and nas will release the new and improved installer that should never run into this issue (probably within 24 hrs from now).

Lol sorry I just don't let people remote access. I've said the error verbatim i've been looking up and down the wiki page you supplied now for 20 minutes and cannot find it even though it doesnt display "error" anywhere. I've looked around for some other people maybe have a similar issue but most who can't connect are given a error code. I get no error codes.

Ignore that your error isn't verbatim to what I linked you, it's the same as "sending key... closing".

The game can't find your game files. They aren't there. You can connect just fine. You either ran the installer from INSIDE the downloaded zip by accident, moved game files after install, or some other thing that ended up not putting them where they should be.

How large is your C:\NasomiXI folder (assuming you installed to your C drive)? Show me your registry keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\PlayOnlineUS\InstallFolder.

I can actually make it to the FF11 menu screen. but after accepting terms of service the game freezes up.
