We played briefly on the server about a year ago, and we are trying to get back to playing but for some reason every time one of us zones, the other disconnects, then momentarily the one who zones will go back to log in screen, if we try to log back in, it will be the other persons account. we are playing on the same ip, but we were before im not sure why it would be a problem now. If anyone has any solutions please let me know.

Don't update your client. No idea where that suggestion came from. Try not doing the log-in process at the exact same time. Log in then a few min later log the other person in.

Yes I'm aware its not just login but the point is that if you log in at the same time you can run into issues similar to this (the server/network getting confused as to who is who and sending the wrong packets to the wrong client).

Now, if this guy really is on a version that's that old OP might be missing the --hairpin flag in their launch options.

OP can either try first adding --hairpin to the launch options, if that doesn't work use the nasomi installer (you'll probably want to do this anyway). If you want, you can wait a little bit and nas will release a new and improved installer.
