cant buy anything on on the auction house it just says "unable to buy <item> for <gil>" and re logging and rezoning wont fix or change anything

Is your inventory full?

Maybe you're not paying enough for the item? Remember, AH history shows the price the item sold for recently, not the price it's currently listed for.
