Although I frequently watch and enjoy FFXI private server players on Twitch, please be aware that streaming it is against the ToS and can suspend your Twitch account.

I get your logic but as has been confirmed by SE them selves they have given up support of FFXI in its current form and as such unless there is a formal complaint by SE to twitch they will never make us take down are content. i have been streaming this server now for about 2 months and have been in the top 2 streamers on twitch for FFXI almost everyday. I have yet to see any problems and even big streamers like ninja have show love for FFXI as of late which caused a influx of viewers. (of course he was talking about retail not private). So do not worry about that goofie rule of twitch's it will never effect us streamers or nasomi as a hole because nasomi does not take money to keep the server running as such he is not breaking any rule he is in the gray area's as us streamers are also.
It doesn't matter if SE cares or not, it violates the Twitch ToS as is. You can stream Nasomi for years and be fine, but all it takes is for some doucher to poke Twitch and point out the violation.
These platforms don't give a heck about anyone, dude.

There are a few people like him on these fourms, as anywhere, and cant help themselves from spewing toxic jibber-jabber. He does, on occasion, provide helpful information. With that being said, everyone else welcomes you to Nasomi, and thank you for letting us know how you got here. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think there is a continued announcement asking "How did you find us?" created by Nasomi. While you posted here and not there isn't an issue, but it obviously shows that some are curious as to how people are discovering Nasomi.
